Worm in Apple Worm Recipes

1 Packet of Chocolate Cake Mix
3 Cups of Biscuit Crumbs - Any Flavour
1 Quantity of Chocolate Icing
1 Packet of Gummy Worms

Prepare the cake mix according to packet directions. Pour the mix into patty cake pans or papers, and cook as directed on packet (aprox 10 - 15 mins at 180C). Leave to cool.
Ice the patty cakes with chocolate icing and sprinkle biscuit crumbs on top.
Cut the gummy worms in half. Put icing onto the cut ends, and stick onto the cakes.
Leave till the icing sets.

1 - 2 Tablespoons boiling water (enough to make icing spreadable)
1 Cup of Icing Sugar
1 Teaspoon butter
1 Tablespoon of sifted icing sugar
Mix ingredients together with a wooden spoon till a spreadable consistency.

1 lb. pkg. of cream-filled chocolate cookies
1/4 cup butter or hard margarine, softened at room temperature
8 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup icing (confectioner's) sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 boxes instant chocolate puddings (the 4 servings/box size)
6 cups milk
4 1/3 cups whipped cream
15 gummy worms

1. Put the cookies in the blender or food processor and process until they become fine crumbs. Set aside.
2. Put the butter or margarine, cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla flavoring in the bowl. Beat on low speed to mix then beat on medium speed until smooth.
3. Add the chocolate pudding powders and milk to the bowl. Beat on low speed to combine.
4. Fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture with a rubber spatula. Assemble in an ungreased pan in layers as follows:
1st layer: - 1/3 cookie crumbs
2nd layer: - 1/2 pudding mixture
3rd layer: - 1/3 cookie crumbs
4th layer: - 1/2 pudding mixture
5th layer: - 1/3 cookie crumbs
Tuck the ends of the gummy worms in the cookie "dirt".
Store in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
In my opinion, this dirt is much better than the organic variety.

12 large apples
1 8-ounce jar boysenberry jam
4 tablespoons butter
12 gummy worms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Core apples from the stem end to 1/2 inch from the bottom. Do not push through. Stuff each hole with 1 teaspoon each jam and butter.
Place in a pan and bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the apples. When done, the apple should be tender but not mushy. Remove the apples from the oven. Let cool 15 minutes.
Now set each apple in a bowl and spoon syrup from the baking pan around it. In top of each apple, insert a gummy worm with at least half of its body protruding.
